Explorations
Overview
We sometimes need inspiration in order to go out and take pictures. Led by Robin King, the Explorations Series assigns a category/theme within which photographers should experiment. This encourages the photographer to try new themes/ideas and solutions and try novel techniques. Images submitted to the exploration are reviewed in depth in a small group setting where constructive feedback can help the photographer improve the image.
Exploration events are held several times a year, via Webex. Photographers are encouraged to explore the concept as outlined in the Event description and "get out and shoot". Select 3 of your best images and submit them to Robin at [email protected] at least 48hrs before the meeting data. Images shouls be 1 MB to 20 MB. Include your name in the file name.
